yes it has a switch and no it is not mounted and yes it should have been RED but i only had access to a blue one, and no i didn't buy a black one to hard to keep clean. but at night everything is Black until right up on it.
nice for a car show but id laugh if I saw this on the road..cops will definately pull you over. but im sure this guy was smart enough to put a switch in
Cool...Not sure but I think theres a law against the blue light being used while driving though. People could mistake you for a cop (impersonating an officer). You might want to check.

Blue lights or red lights he have the same problem of appearing to impersonate a cop.
The only problem I have is that it is not black like KITT has always been.
