If you Google Fathers Rights Advocate the first website is a guy based in California. He gave us some free advice. Hes a father who represents himself so he knows the drill. I would suggest you start collecting evidence to document a claim as her being an unfit mother. Drug use, alcohol, multiple boyfriends, spotty school attendance, etc.. You need to collect dirt. Just going into court and claiming these things is not enough.

@meggybell2001 Thanks. We have been documenting everything, and saving all texts from her to email. School records show that she was late to school over 35 times this past school year. I told my boyfriend proof speaks for itself... your word is just that, your word...when standing before the court. We'll check that site out. Thanks again. I appreciate your comment
