@isleoforkney -Larry has been around for at least 30 years. He has been declared as the most recorded musician ever. Many artists have used him to record guitar parts. During the '70's and 80's he was known to do up to 500 recordings a year, for the likes of Steely Dan, Jonie Mitchell, Billy Joel, Micheal Jackson, The Four Tops, Robbin Ford Eric Johnson,..and so on. In my opinion, he really is one of the best.
@Joeey I think you're being a bit mean with your advice to Larry - perhaps you could have given him a few clues about which notes/chords to put in/leave out while you were at it....
actually it is now a division of gibson. since i cannot put a link in this box, you can do a google search on your own and find a bit of the history of valley arts guitars.
@WDux it's an official model ?? seems much more a big customisation... a Telecaster style body, but with a 24 frets neck, 2 humbuckers and a Gibson bridge like the "Tune o Matic" used in the Les Paul... crazy but cool !
RE: "Don't Give It Up" He's not playing the melody the same..... the third time he demonstrates it (latter half of the melody) sounds like the correct version off the album. Also, the audio is not in sync with this video....... anyone else catch this?? Just noticing.... :)
I think I've heard of Harry Carlton, has he just burst onto the scheme?

Don't give it upはドミソで作ったriffなんですね?
koeru3 3 years ago

私はLarry Carltonのスコアブック持っていますがDon't give it upが楽譜ないんですよ・・・;;

@koeru3 Hi I like your language, is it chinese, do yo play the guitar?
isleoforkney 3 months ago
gotmymojohand 3 years ago
gotmymojohand 3 years ago
gotmymojohand 3 years ago
