@maisymurray I don't have a minor! I have thought about doing some sort of anthropology, or religious studies, or perhaps a language (French or Japanese or Spanish)... but I haven't committed to anything :) ! And thank you ^///^
Just came across your videos since I'm a semester and a half away from graduating high school and I don't know what I want to major in yet. The idea of nursing has been bouncing around in my head for a little while, so I'm gonna check your videos out =]
Um, I won't take that as insulting but it's just like that.. I'm assuming you mean that really dumb grove in the middle xD yeah... it's just like that...
I hate how they say 2.5 but that's bullcrap. I want to go into nursing and the GPA that I have to have will pretty much have to be 3.5 and above. I tried calling the school but they said they can't reveal that kind of info. I tried asking them what's the minimum and maximum GPA students had who got accepted and they wouln't tell me.
1. What's been your experience with this?
2. Did the schools actually tell you what their minimum and maximum GPAs of students who got in were?
Well our program actually just bumped the GPA up to 3.495 (oops I forgot to mention that in my new video. oh well...)
Since I'm in the school I have to know the minimum requirement but I don't know the GPA of other kids unless it's talking to my friends. My personal oppinion would be that if you really want to go to that school then just go for it! GPA from high school changes dramatically once you're in college anyway (mine was 3.7, went to a 2.9 bc of hard classes x_x) <- not proud. Good luck!
It depends on the school, or so I've heard. A friend of mine is going to Ohio State University where she has to wait two years, going through school, before she gets accepted into the Nursing program. That is hard. However at UT I believe incoming Freshmen need a 2.5 GPA however it says on this sheet I'm reading you should strive to maintain a 3.3, in high school that should be a piece of cake, in college, just try your best and it is possible! Really take time to look at your specific school!
oh no no no it's impossible !is there beauty in the world like her wooow
