Yup! As with the acroyoga, we are teaching ourselves via youtube and by trial and error. We have started with adapted yoga poses and stretches. We are also trying to learn the basic aerial movements. Despite (or maybe because of) many years of yoga we have the grip and forearm strength of new borns, so we are still building rudimentary strength. I expect we'll post a yoga/silk video soon. Falling is half the fun! I understand why people post their best take (or edit out the falls like we did on this video), but for those of us learning via youtube, seeing the falls is important. Thanks for your comment.
