  • Got paruresis at school 50 years ago; thought I was the only one! Years later, found loads of guys get it. Just live with it, and don't worry about what others think when you go in a cubicle just for a leak. If there's no free cubicle & you can't go at the urinal, there's no shame & it's OK to come back to group of friends, make a joke of it & say "Bah! I couldn't go!" before nipping out again 2 minutes later. Long coach journeys where you can't "go" during a toilet stop still a problem tho.. :(

  • bizaree, paruresis isn't a fear for me it's more of a problem. I just lock up and theres heehaw i can do about it. :(

  • I am a severe paruretic. If I had found an easy cure to this phobia that actually worked, I would spread it far and wide without charging anyone.

  • @mjollner23 I hear ya, i cant go anywhere except for home, and even sometime then if people are over i gotta use the shower and crank the hot water and it always makes me go. The Hot water from a shower is my savior.

  • Well done Chris.Love the suit!

  • These people have no idea what paruresis is.. has nothing to do with fear or paranoia of a toilet, urinal, stall, etc.

  • cant hear it; too soft recorded
