  • if Gordon goes David should no doubt be leader

  • he is hot... hot idol

    one fan from Vietnam.

  • Tony Blair mannerisms ha!

    Even speaks like him....

  • I hope Miliband and Labour are not trying to take the credit for the decrease in the number of wars, the reduction in global poverty etc. That has happened over the last 50 years because of capitalism and globalisation, allowing the cheap flow of goods around the planet, creating more business, which creates jobs and wealth. Globalisation has created for the first time in history, the longest time period without a major war. Because of CAPITALISM, NOT SOCIALISM.

  • good politician, and he's buff! take that! ha

  • His father Ralph was a Communist. His brother Ed is a Communist and he is a Communist. I thought I lived in a democracy until this little herd arrived. Substitute the word Socialist for Communist. It's all Newspeak.

  • @airscrew1 labour arent totally socialist, like any party there is left and right wing elements, Labour are Centre Left, and so are the Lib Dems, so are they communist too? and if you are right, this makes the Tories equal to BNP ?

  • @airscrew1 you don't happen to be half-american do you? I thought it was only US Tea Party members that were so incompetent to use any left/centre-left term interchangeably.

  • Oh, we would.

  • He's a good speaker, but i think his hand gestures are a little bit over the top.

  • 2:27

I've long admired Miliband but his rhetoric (identified by Cicero as the key quality) has sadly not imporved.

  • That, ladies in gentleman, is Labours next leader.

  • More and more I've been heard that said. I've spoken to a few conservatives recently who have expressed their respect for the man, and regard him as a potential leader for the future. That's usually a good sign.

All we have to do is see if somebody even more charismatic pops up between then and now.

  • absolutely said right.....mate....

  • very good, i like the bit about us not living beyond our means...obviously the son of a marxist

  • When Milliband mentions Turkey becoming "full and equal member of the EU" with such passion, why is there that same drive to solve the Cyprus problem, where Turkey currently illegally occupies 1/3 of its land And the UK is a guarantor power. Any answers Mr Milliband?

  • average at best, a little over egged perhaps?

  • what means "over egged"

    thanks

  • This was a great speech and its nice to see a Foreign Secretary talking sense for the first time in 10 years.

Id certainly put my money on him being the next Prime Minister once Gordons had enough. :)
