@bjornlec1983 I agree with you about Mary J. Blige :). R&B used to be soulful and "real" still in the 1990s but this current R&B that they call R&B is so club-oriented, more like pop music... I don't know how else should I explain this :). I think you understand me anyway. Anyway, Toni IS better than Beyoncé and I can imagine myself listening to her still after 20 years together with Aretha Franklin. TRUE SOUL ;)

I wonder if Toni Braxton has through about releasing a county recording like Ray Charles. In 1962 Charles release Modern Sounds in Country & Western Music 1 & 2. Both Toni and Ray have that authenic and pure county country rhythm and blues sound. This would a nice follow up to "Woman" and "If I Have to Wait" from the 2010 record Pulse. I could see a beautiful recording at the Grand Old Opry for CMC or NPR with the Blu-Ray Live Concert with interviews. Toni such a beautiful pure sound.
