@thefifthteen yes tht is a fact but it was not Jake Dawson it was James Dawson, a crew member who survived but died shortly after as i think a teenager, im not sure but the story goes as something like tht ;) great how u know alot on the Titanic! Interesting subject!!!

one thing i bet you didnt learn on the museme (or however its spelled) in the 1997 movie the charcter jack dawson wasnt recorded as a ship member but on the real ship there was a crew member or worker with the initals j. dawson

Ive been 2 atleast four or five titanic museums in life and I went to this one last year. It was my favorite one. I've always been fascinated with titanic but it's a shame that I never see this event in history books at school. I mean there were immigrants and rich people on titanic too! Comment my comment if you agree with me! We should tell the makers of history books to put this event in history books rather than in reading books!!!!!! Are you with me?!!!

I Tottaly Agree!I I;ve Been Facsinated with titanic too since i was 9 and now im 12 and know almost every fact about titanic!!I Always go Back to the index in my history books to see titanic and its never there!!I Think Titanic was a big Part of History How Sometimes Humans Can Be Wrong and stupid in saying a Ship is Unsinkable and how it was a a world diasater and how many people lost their lives:(so Yea i just wanted to say how i agree with you and this mueseum is AMAZING!!:)

You know, as cool as this museum is, it's really getting to suck how this one and the Titanic Exhibitions prohibit photography. Visitors taking their own video and photos is about the best free publicity that any place can have.

Ok, so Orangejuice1177 is very misinformed! Jaynee is real and she is incredible! She is always on the go and travels back and forth between the two museums. I LOVED this exhibit and recommend it to everyone!!

Jaynee does exist. She travels back and forth each week from Pigeon Forge, Tn to Branson, Mo. so that she can make appearances at both museums! She works VERY hard and is an amazing person.

JAYNEE IS A LIE!!!! WE WENT THERE AND ASKED FOR HER AND SHE WASN'T THERE!! SHE DOESN'T EXIST!! They don't mention my personal favorite, which was getting to dip my finger in below freezing water and feel how cold it was. I also liked the references to a little boy's stuffed bear that got its own seat on a lifeboat! Lucky bear. "AND SHOOPPPPPINNNNNGGGG!!!"

@orangejuice1177 Yes, that little boy was Douglas Spedden who traveled 1st class with his parents and nursemaid. His stuffed polar bear was made by the famous Stieff Toy Co. "Polar" has been immortalized in Daisy Spedden's

book "Polar the Titanic bear" published by her descendents in the 1990's.
