  • dynamic so darn good

  • holyshit

  • I really appreciate this piece of music, with a great speed and no conductor involved. Excellent!

  • It's a presto !

  • Whoa......

  • madonna che veloce....

  • LOVE!!!!!

  • This scares me cuz I'm currently playing the cello in my orchestra and this song is WAY too fast, esp from 2:52! You can't really hear much of the cellos in this video at that part but it's really way too fast and I keep getting confused with my fingerings.. D:

  • I agree, this is "Presto", it's a little too much, you almost can't enjoy the melody.

  • ..... I just got this song in orchestra........ In 8th grade.... You gotta flipping be kidding me......! Dude we are not that good! (but we are pretty damn good for 8th graders)

  • ..... no.... conductor...

  • @z3rglingboss they're sort of like a large chamber group, so i guess they can manage...?

  • I also think it is to much fast and cold !!!!

  • Encore!

  • Put it this way, rememberancer, whilst rondo allegro does mean fast and lively and whilst undoubtedly this group of musicians are excellent and do a good job, like Musicaliters says, it's a bit TOO fast, even for my liking but of course that's down to their own interpretation. Just my tuppence worth any rate. :)

  • P E R F E C T I O N

  • This is perfect i like this soooooo much its unbelievable :-)

  • Mozart's Serenade in G major, K 525 " Eine Kleine Nachtmusik "....' this charming work was written solely for strings. It possesses all of the qualities of a master work and is an excellent example of the Salzburg's genius understanting of the string orchestra...' A dream since my childhood...brilliant !

Thank my dear friend Rosa for remember me and for sharing !

  • @MrGunterguerrero Fantastico!! Thanks so much!!!! isis

  • Here's a stupid question for you: I'm doing my GCSE music appraisal, does Rondo allegro mean its rondo form? Just checking!

  • @Candycurves1 Hey mate, I can't post the links, but search on the english wikipedia for Sonata Rondo Form, and then Rondo. Interesting stuff on them, and they're not long at all. Hope this helps.

  • meraviglioso

  • its awesome. love it.

  • its so nice to wee how they're all having fun playing this joyful music

  • this is fucking clean and precise. whether its played too fast for you old farts or not is not a big deal

  • I actually thought the concert master was Andy Samberg at first.

  • How remembrancer1812 got all those thumbs up is beyond me. Well, maybe someone who has just no clue at all is always in good company.

OF COURSE this is ridiculously too fast. Simply bad taste.

    Next!!!!

  • @konigstephan

Is like someone who is rushing...that gives this impression;Of course it does'nt matter always the tempo but the way is played.

    poicpi

  • Diese Tempo... Weltrekord verdächtig... LOL

  • I really enjoy this series of videos, but I am continually dismayed by the recent trend of playing music as fast as humanly possible simply because it is humanly possible. If music is something to be savoured, then a slow speed is just as valuable--if not more so--than a faster one. Let's slow down, people!

  • I listen to the Dissonnances over and over. They are the best imho. I have never heard Mozart played so beautifully. I am stunned and i have been for months now. I am sometimes near tears overwhelmed with emotion. These instruments sound so good. The timing is impeccable. If only Mozart could hear that he would be so happy. In fact Mozart is there all over the music. He is alive and kicking!!

  • first chair cello and concert master twins?

  • Tres gaie!

  • perfect taste and timing

  • I am agreed that is too fast, all music elements follow each other without somehow...breathing!Otherwise is good...

    poicpi

  • @82224561 TOUT C'EST ,,MUSICALLY PERFECT''! THE TEMPO IS JUST A ROUTINE, A FUKIN ROUTINE WITHOUT MUSIC. THAT'S WHY THE TEMPO HERE IS APROPRIATE, BECAUSE THERE'S SO MUCH MUSIC IN THERE!!! AND THE TEMPO DOESN;T MAKE AN OBSTACLE FOR THE REAL MUSIC UNDER THE NOTES.

  • ce mouvement est bien enlevé !

  • I'm in touch with Mozart's spirit and he says he really likes this.

  • Rondo: A musical form that is often the last movement of a sonata

  • stands up to pace better than the romance.

  • When you're playing a piece that's hundreds of years old - and played to death by advertisements and all kinds of shit - you need to be inventive. This is a totally legitimate rendering, and brilliantly executed.

  • when i first listened to this i was like, wow too fast?! but then after hearing it several times i realized it's perfect speed. fun, energetic, fast but not messy, just so "right". LOVE it :)

  • seveda

  • lol I've got the sheets right in front of me, but I just can't follow with that awsome speed :D

  • Perfect version of Eine Kleine Nachtmusik - Rondo Allegro. Best speed compared to other performances of this similar piece. Well Done!

  • Rondo Allegro - in my opinion one of the best Mozart's masterpieces

  • i love how they enjoy playing music. :D

This is so fun! Mozart = music = fuuuun!

  • we're playing the whole eine klein nachtmusik piece in the orchestra i'm in, and it is most stunning! a bit challenging for being aged 14 but i won't argue, as long as it is beautiful classical music and not like the modern day junk that is basically just talking loudly and rudely. I love mozart's music soo much! the rondo allegro part of eine klein nachtmusik is the most difficult to play ( at least for me) but i still love it and mozart is a genious for writing it. Thank you for posting this!

  • @maebhu Good luck playing it! I played it at 14 too! Practice those slurs!

  • @AkMastamind me too ;) it was ...fun?

  • @FERViolin2010 OH YEAH! IT WAS SO FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!! FERVIOLIN2010! DON'T I KNOW YOU?????

  • @AkMastamind im known to people, why would u ask that :) ?

  • It's not too fast, but it does sound a bit sloppy. I think it would sound better in a smaller space (there's too much reverb). That's probably the reason why many say it's too fast. That, and the almost total lack of agocics.

  • questo semabra rondò PRESTO che allegro, ma mi piace molto!

  • they are really, really fast, but it's good. it sounds perfect! :)

  • Sonata-Rondo form in G Major 0:00 A theme - G major (repeated) 0:15 transitional material modulating to dominant (D Major) 0:21 B theme D major 0:34 A theme returns, now in D major 0:48 re-transition back to tonic for repeat of exposition 0:53 repeat of exposition (1:06 B theme in D, 1:18, A theme in D) 1:32 transition to development 1:37 Development (A material only) 2:00 Recapitulation - reversed (B theme first, now in G major) 2:12 A theme, back to G Major 2:37 Coda
  • I love this number with this tempo. Players are all awesome.

I wanted more bass sound. But still, this is wonderful.

  • Absolutely wonderful! And I agree- this is the perfect tempo- I love the little sideways smiles from the cellist. You can tell they were having a blast. And talk about being together as an ensemble...!

  • Hmmm. Rondo allegro, andante con carne .... A little tiny bit fast for my taste, but a truly beautiful performance, and thank you, Fasculin, for sharing the video.

  • @sosome57 Well, that's classical period music for you. There's a lot more fast paced pieces than slow. If you want slower music, check out some romantic period music. :)

  • @seizetheday224 Well said! That should be the standard answer to all those "too fast" crowds. They obviously have no idea about classical music. Anyone who thinks this is too fast should read the books by C.Ph.E. Bach, and L. Mozart.

  • I just checked the tempo and they are playing it at slightly less than 160 bpm..Allegro is apparently a maximum of 168 bpm

  • We are playing it this Sunday as a clarinet choir piece, and what we are doing sounds like a dirge!!!

  • It should be played at 160. They are freaking booking!!!

  • @Snowflake2217 LOL! Yes, this is way too fast. It needs to be just a bit slower I think.

  • so nice

  • heyfühl mich irgendwie allein..:( will einer mit mir schreiben hab auch bilder und so

  • It's not presto, its in cut time....

  • wow....this is a presto...prestissimo even perhaps...hehe

  • Absolutely wonderful rendition! I'd give it 6 stars if I could!

  • This sounds like an LP recorded at 33 rpm and played back at 45 rpm.

  • Comment removed

  • It is not like that

  • dragging? can you possibly find another rendition faster????

  • omg, this is so freaking fast,so damn nice!

  • i think this is too fast.. srry

  • @20XanderZ09 thats the definition of rondo allegro -.-

  • Woww, I can't believe that Contrabass-LEGEND Guy D. Tuneh is part of this Ensemble...

    Congratulations and all the best!!

  • it sounds as the ensemble were in a hurry because the needed to go to the toilet and wantet to finish before the trousers get wet.

  • This piece fried me my freshman year in HS. This movement anyways because she just had to have it at this speed. Good thing i actually practice.

  • Before you say it is too fast, google what "rondo allegro" means.

  • the rondo has no part of that, but agree with the allegro. It is slightly fast, but others almost feel like they're dragging a bit.

  • @remembrancer1812 : How arrogant. Allegro, not Vivace, right?

  • @oboistru: I have no interest in arguing with you and I don't want to waste comment space supposed to be used for appreciating music. Sit back, relax, enjoy the music and grow a pair.

  • @remembrancer1812 Thats the exact tempo its suppose to go at. Thats what my string ensemble plays it at. If people say its not the tempo then they have no idea what allegro means.

  • @remembrancer1812 dude they're playing at 150 bpm. That's presto, not allegro,

  • @remembrancer1812 right - but it means not "to be on the run" tempo for its one makes music not even better but a few interpretaters today look only about the effekt of speed...

  • @remembrancer1812 well, that can be right, but its not everyone who likes that.. i heard the "normal" one before, and i was loving it.. now i saw this vid, and they were playing this piece like they had to go to the toilet.

  • @remembrancer1812 Did you Google what it means? This is more like Rondo Presto :P.

  • @remembrancer1812 rondo allegro means a lively round but this version is rather a Formula 1 round...

  • this is express ! maybe they were in a hurry to go eat.

  • or go to the bathroom?

  • LOL... or maybe they had too much Red Bull right before?

  • LOLOLOLOLOLOL

  • @tubez4321

    Musicians usually use cocaine... ;)

  • Dennoch ist von Beethoven folgender Ausspruch überliefert:

„Gar kein Metronom! Wer richtiges Gefühl hat, braucht ihn nicht; und wer es nicht hat, dem nützt er doch nichts.

  • Excellent! Exactly how the presto should be played! Mozart would be proud!!!

  • Whoaa, too fast for my liking

  • This piece, correct me if I am wrong,is in response to vienna stapp festival played only 1 month before it was composed.

It is to be played at least at that tempo.

Fasculin excellent.we need more pieces like these.Keep it up .Mozart Rocks

  • Have you ever been to Vienna? Obviously since you know that:D. I love Vienna and all the Austrian composers (Haydn, Strauss, Schubert, Czerny, Hummel [Beethoven]). :D

  • I was once.Skiing. iremember the memorial they have in Viena outside the Viena opera hous.

What a piece of sculpture. They feally like their composers.

  • Beethoven Austrian? Let us not exaggerate, you Austrian patriot

  • Beethoven spent most of his lifetime in Austria (30 years). Do you still call Arnold Schwarzenegger an Austrian, because he was born in Austria? I don't!

  • I understand. Thus Händel is English and Hitler... German. Many SS-officers were Argentinians and Chileans. And Eichmann almost American. This list would surely be interesting, if one continued like that. ;-)

  • Yeah you are true, that's why I put brackets around his name. I don't really see him as an Austrian. But many experts do so. I don't want to insult any German with that. The only important thing that counts is his music. It doesn't matter if he was Austrian or German...

  • he was born in Bonn, Germany making him German

  • I find the song perfect because im a ballet dancer and when i dance my grand allegro or petite allegro it fits perfectly and when i do my frappe's also it goes very well with the piece.

  • A song is something else, my dear

  • you guys just watch this movies and don´t think anything what´s behind the music.

It´s written in ALLEGRO. Just google it and think about your stupid comments.

This music and video ist fantastic!!!

  • I don't like. Too fast, almost hysteric! MrCarnelli

  • Is this a little too fast I wonder? Very well played nevertheless.

  • Bravo Fasculin!! Beautiful playing, phenomenal ensemble work. Mozart would be proud.

  • i'm playing this & all 4 movements, and i have to say, i like this one the bestt, and this is going to be a hugee challengee.

  • Wow the speed is intense but they still played it perfectly

  • This movement and the whole piece is supposed to be lively. It was written to be played outside. It did get a little sloppy at points but it is still a very clean performance.

  • I like it this fast. I played the violin for 6 years and was never terribly good at it so I'm really impressed at these guys. And they all look so good too! I'm smitten!

  • too fast!

  • especially at the start, it sounds like it has been fastfowarded...

  • just like a third movement.. way too fast and harsh.

  • 3rd movements are not fast in serenades :S The 4th movement (this movement) is supposed to be fast and lively and they played it well. Not at all "harsh" like you said. You're going way too far in your criticism. They were generally on time, in tune, and played it very well technically.

  • lol dude, it sounds like it has been fastfowarded

  • It's supposed to be that fast. It does not sound fastforwarded. It's a very lively pace and it is light. They played it as it was meant to be played.

  • that is Mozart at its best. The dynamics, just perfect.the timbres adequate and the whole arrangement is the best performance I have seen in EVER!!!.

  • Although the tempo is slightly faster than what we are used to, I personally think that this is how Mozart intended it to be. Great execution!

  • i enjoyed the tempo but didn't enjoy the sacrifice of cleanliness as a result.

  • ditto.

  • Tubelers,

I like this up-tempo. Night music, to me, should be lively. It keeps the spirit up, feels great, moreover, sounds beautiful. Active love vs. supportive love. I do not know how to explain both tempos, otherwise.

    Best wishes.

  • so fast, but so beautifull. One of the few.

  • wow this group is great!

  • Very nice playing...this piece can be tricky when played this fast.

  • I think this is the best Mozart's composition....

  • The best you know of. It's actually far from the best. Listen to the Posthorn and Haffner Serenades, Listen to Piano Concertos 12, 17, 20, 21-24. Listen to the c minor and a minor piano sonata. The late symphonies. The c minor serenade K388, Don Giovanni, The Piano Quartets, and so much more . . .

  • the ending is so mozart, closing, not dramaticizing

  • who are the players?

  • pure ownage

  • i have to play is THIS FAST??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

u got to be kiddin me......

were startin out slow for now, im a midde school orchestra, and we have to play the whole enie klinie nachtmusik whatever thing....

so far we almost perfected doing the 1st movemts

does anyone have any tips for me for the 2, 3, 4

movements of this piece? me double bass, can someone help me out, pleaese?

  • if you're in middle school I highly doubt you'll take it this fast

If you're playing the double bass you have the easiest part.

Remember, the faster the song, the slower you practice.

  • thanks mate, i guess ill just practice extra slow untill i can get it better and play it a little slower

  • BROVEO!! BROVEO!!!!

beautiful music to a celloist ears

    BEUTIFUL

  • spechless

  • I can't speak anymore.

  • The only thing I can say is 'wow' anyway

  • Tempo is perfect. It's fast but not rushed. You can hear every note from the middlevoices scales (0:05, 0:11, 0:36 etc.). And they phrase very well. A very nice performance in my opinion. Thanks!

  • hmm.. i like it, but i miss the mage from the slower one.

  • beautiful!!!

  • wonderful

  • They were probably asked to speed this piece up so the musicians would have to be payed overtime

  • Is there another YouTube video. that plays this at the preferred tempo, of this group?

  • Good God! This isn't allegro, but prestissimo! Were they late for another concert?

  • LOL...I agree.

  • Could you suggest a YouTube video, that plays this piece, at your preferred tempo?

  • Well, you can't expect everyone to shower you in compliments. By the way, I don't comprehend your reply: do what to your what?

  • maybe it's sped up electronically

  • Maybe its sped up by Sugar and candy! :D

  • Yes very fast, so very fast, so wonderfully fast--- No depth, no synergy, no real rhythm, no nothin'.

    Phooey! Phooey on you!

  • A lo mejor algo rápido, pero demuestra la fuerza en equilibrio con la dulzura de los movimientos intermedios

  • Well, it is allegro. And like sixteenth notes, thats why they're blazing through it.

  • WOW! ottimo tempo!

    finalmente un vero allegro!!!!

    bravi!

  • I think it's too fast... just in my opinion

  • It is fast but also kinda good this fast

  • me and my quartet will be playing this piece and the rest of the movements but i dont think we could get the rondo this fast XD

  • Dont like it.

    Too fast.

  • get a life

  • I have a life and dont spend 24/7 on youtube.

    Thxbye

  • It's stupidly fast, you get a life. They get out of sync in a few spots, but one can barely notice because of the speed. They give it absolutely no texture or real timbre. They just have a knack for playing rapidly, but then try to play Mozart like revved up machines. That's not playing Mozart.

  • gyeah my nizzle

  • They just have a knack for playing rapidly, but then try to play Mozart like revved up machines. That's not playing Mozart.
