At about 1:10, 'Bob' walks out with a "The End is Near" sign. Rorschach's 'disguise' in the comic/novel was as an indigent walking around with a "The End is Nigh" sign.

Dozens of bums walk around with similar signs in real life. It's impossible to know if it was specifically a Watchmen reference or not.
