I finally found this! I remembered seeing Wire Train perform in 92 or 93 but I could not remember the name of the song that was getting heavy airplay at the time. This was it!

I prefer their earlier stuff, this just sounds like a wanna be Stone Roses to me. The first two albums were amazing though.

Wow.. THIS is the song that sold me on Wire Train. Been listening to this record for 16 yrs now.. amazing. Largescale success eluded these fells for what reason??? Thanks for posting this. Awesome track.
