  • @MajorYT

    You mean (x+3)^2?

    It's equal to x^2+2(x)(3) +3^2 = x^2+6x +9

There's nothing wrong with this expansion, is there?

  • @alwaysLovelysg Guess not. I thought (x+3)^2 = x^2+9 because 3^2. Did you use the golden rule to expand? o_O

  • @MajorYT (x+3)^2 = (x+3)(x+3)

Go head and expand it yourself.

The correct ans is x^2+6x +9

  • @alwaysLovelysg Oh thanks a lot! I thought the ^2 was separately for x and 3. XD Thanks for replying AL! :D
