I like Paul's anti-empire message. Not so much his rabid anti-abortion position or his facile corporatism (property rights over environmental regulation), though. Admittedly he is preferable to either McCain or Obama. Not that it makes a lot of difference -- the duopoly has it all sewn up, and backing Paul, say, or Nader means you get to have a clear conscience while the swine still get to run things.

you take care of the enviroment problems by having no right to pollute others property, thus Paul has covered the environment jsut fine. Not to mention global warming may very well be bullshit. Watch "The Global Warming Swindle." Also, yes Paul is pro-life, but his opposition is respectable, as he takes a constitution stance of a right to life, thus making the battle, of what is more great life or privacy (which may be seen as a liberty), but he would have no legislation to enforce it.
