Thank for showing how to flip the stitch. A lot of the other videos didn't say anything about flipping the stitch and I couldn't figure out why I couldn't make a ring. I really appreciate the step by step. Thank you.
ok...I've watched four different video's and I couldn't figure out why the darn thing wouldn't slide...THE FLIP!!! NO ONE was explaining the importance or even mentioning the FLIP!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
Thanks so much for posting this video...I was getting stuck and couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong...then you showed the flip...and by golly that was it. Thank you again.
My grandmother taught me to tat long, long ago; I decided to pick it up again but I couldn't remember how to chain. As so many have mentioned, having two colors in your demonstration was perfect for seeing exactly how the stitch works. Thank you!
This is an excellent video on tatting. It reminds me of how I was taught by a lovely person at the NY State Fair. I have forgotten her name. Could it be you? Thanks for a beautiful demonstration.
how easy when you know how !!! thank you so much for doing it in two different colours.......I was doing the knot on the shuttle thread, thats why it didnt pull through, I didnt know you had to flip the cotton !!! you rvideo made this all so simple....I wasted 5 hours yesterday trying to do tatting !! thank you xxx
you are a very good teacher.. i wish you had been on youtube when i was trying to learn tatting... though i think i can appreciate my tatting more because i had to do very much to learn it
