  • I THINK YOUR BABY LOVE THOSE ABS

  • Baby all in the way too cute!

  • It is an advanced exercise. Try the other abdominal exercise video that I have, it is a good one too. :)

  • I use this exercise to teach spine stabilization!

Great Exercise I will recommend it for this type of clientel in the future!!

  • This looks great. Unfortunatly I'm a natural clutz.. So this may not be safe for me at 26 weeks lol.

  • Awesome awesome workout. I suggest you try out the G2Fit maternity stretch mats as well. Those are really cool and you can use my coupon code if you like too! - TLG2DEAL. Anyone can use it off their website

  • So where can I find the Pregnancy Exercises for non-pregnant women?

  • It all depends on your level of fitness. This exercise is an advanced move, so if your doctor has said you can exercise during pregnancy and you have been a regular exerciser for more than 6 months you should be able to do this just fine. To make this easier take it down to the floor so that your elbows are on the floor and you are making a "plank" out of your body on the floor. Then just hold this movement for 30 to 45 seconds by holding your abs in at the hipbones.

  • you look just great and your abs are OMG! Do you think this exercise is safe I mean, no risk to flip off the ball or smth like that? I think if you fall you go right on the belly, ouch, dunno, anyway congrats on your baby and your body!

  • As you say during pregnancy you should always be careful and check with your OB/GYN first. However, I did this and many other core and ab exercises during the entire 9 months of my pregnancy. And none of my extensive research has shown that appropriate ab/core exercises are not recommended, in fact appropriate exercises like the one shown are very good for you during a normal healthy pregnancy and depending on your individual fitness level.

  • I am almost 12 weeks, have Fibroids and PCOS. I work as a Personal Trainer, but my Midwife has said I am not to do any exercise in the gym, even walking on a Treadmill. Why do you think that is Brooklynmom?

  • You need to ask your midwife why. Has she given you a reason? If my midwife said that I would question her extensively and find out why and go from there.

  • I walk alot. Is it safe to start if I'm 1 week pregnant?

  • If you have already been walking, there should be no problem in continuing what you have been doing. In fact it is usually encouraged to keep it up! However, you always need to check in with your health care provider before doing anything during pregnancy. Good luck!! Congratulations!

  • thank you!

  • I am 6 weeks pregnant & want to work out while I am pregnant since I have been working out before finding out I was pregnant :) Thank you so much!!

  • Congratulations!! I'm glad it helped and please let me know if you have any other questions.
