  • Awh! All so young here!

  • LOL Patton looking like CHAZZ from Airhead... EPIC

  • i was kidding THIS BAND FUCKING KICK ASS WOULD I be joking if i had a faith no more 10 foot poster on my wall

  • One member probably does, so what?

  • Eddie Van Halen and Mike Patton are my heroes!!!!

  • the second i kinda agree with you.. know the first one.. you can really fuck off and die.. how can you fucken mix a completely 2 different singers? you're fucked dude.

  • I remember the show in Michigan in 1990 and when he started singing this I thought it was a joke..but then they played the whole song..It was awesome!!

  • thanks for uploading this video and all the other FNM / Mr. Bungle videos! you rock!

  • I was at that show

  • lucky u

  • Brings back memories for me. I saw Faith No More at there show in Allentown, PA at the Airport Music Hall. They did this song as well. Patton also hung himnself onstage during The Real Thing. Anyone have footage of the Allentown show?

  • That was my first show when i was 14. it changed my life, i remember patton hanging himself too.

i wish i could find video of that night.

  • @FLANHALEN dumb question but did he die ??!!??!!??!!

  • looool patton looks ridiculous on this one... =)

  • He was singing a lot!!!!

    He's not ridiculous. He's funny.

  • It was 1990.

  • i was a woppin 15 years old when this was shot!!love faith no more

  • NOT so much older than patton

  • Thx for uploading it, man! I really didn't know that they hv covered it from early 90s. I really love them...

  • Beautiful Song, bella y excelente interpretacion

  • Mike's hair swingin' days ruled. The Real Thing still remains my favorite FNM album even though it isn't much of a "Patton album".

  • Lol, it must have been hilarious hearing this before it even came out.

  • mike is supposed to do the grunts and sounds of zombies in a new zombie game. he even made himself puke to record a sound

  • lol

  • wats mike doin these days

  • He co-owns his own record label, Ipecac Recordings collaborates with many bands.. voices on video games, and did the sounds/voices for al the creatures and animals in "I Am Legend".. he's still keeping busy. Check him out fronting Tomahawk, and his other bands, Peeping Tom and Fantomas, he is constantly doing something..

  • awesum i saw i am legend tha other day awesum movie wat games has he done do u no?

  • i know he will do the remake of Bionic Commando

  • He was the voice in the PS3 game, "The Darkness" as The Darkness, he will do the lead, Nathan in Bionic Commando, and has a cameo in "Portal" coming up. The song "Captain Midnight" at the then end of "The Darkness" is him singing with his band Tomahawk.

  • @arstyfairie08 in addition to those, he did the voices of the zombies in left 4 dead

  • I'd dearly love to hear the audition.

I too read about that in T.R.S. - a piece of history I long wanted to witness.

    Great viddage again Artsy. :)

  • Wow. Amazing.

  • mike patton. seriously, does it get any better? i dont think so.

  • nailed it

  • Things you can find on youtube.

  • rodney was easy like sunday mornings

  • Easy sung nasally! That 'ooh' he does on 2:44 is the funniest thing.

  • LOL. yea that was funny.

  • wow, his voice got really good on angel dust. its still pretty nasaly here

  • I remember reading in their bio that Billy Gould used to get really angry that Mike would not sing in his "normal" voice during this era, but Mike said this was his style for now, and then showed his different style.. his normal voice when Angel Dust came out.

  • Have you ever heard the mp3s of Mike's Faith No MOre audition? Its pretty funny.

  • Yeah, I have them.. you can tell how nervous he was. I also read in their "The Real Story" bio that Mike even brought Trevor Dunn along to those auditions, because he was so nervous, and all Trevor did during the audition was laugh at him because he never heard him sing like that... lol...

  • holy shit. I must have that. Where did you get it?

  • @bunone4billy

where can I find these audition mp3s of Patton you speak of?

    thanks

  • @bunone4billy but he did that on purpose it wasnt bad singing

  • Well i'll be fucken damned! That was fucken awesome and it was from 'The Real Thing' era. Compared to what they released on that album it seems a bit outta place but fucking brilliant!!! FNM4eva

  • GREAT!!!! thanks for sharing arstyfairie!!
