I dont get this. Its like he uses the dragon souls as a currency yet no matter what shout i want to unlock/buy says "Dragon souls are required to unlock this shout" when ive killed quite a lot of dragons. Help???

@lealj2498 You have to press X or SQUARE depending on what console you're playing on, while selecting the shout you want to unlock. Doing so will spend a soul, and make it available for use by pressing RB/R2.
