Thats lisa ruocco aka she was dating Alex. i've never seen her in a video but i was just watching IG with all time low being interviewed and a comment said something about her and i saw this vid at the side and thought it was her and it was! lol im so excited because ive nvr heard her voice or saw her moving she has a nice voice :)
