this is available, as far as I know, in japan and europe, i have it for PS2 but its called Runabout 3 neoAGE its a very goodgame, but im not sure if it ever made it to the PC

It's basically the same game as Super Runabout for the DC, set in New York this time. I prefer Super Runabout because I like San Francisco better than New York and it captures in fantastically.
