@sup3rsmashbro BELIVE IT. i was in two of the songs. they took one outta the game cuz it was a level they didn't put in. and this was the second, i helped with
crash 1, 2, 3, and this game are the best of the crashes (not including spin offs like crash bash and crash team racing, but they were also good games) this series has taken a turn for the worst. its the same for crash's dragon brother spyro. spyro 1,2,3 were amazing games, the rest ... are shit.
when it comes to game type of likes i like crashs current model i like mouth noises only music and no more of that monster stuff....thats perfect right there.....

@robokill387 sure the humour was a hit and miss at times, but some of the cutscenes in mind over mutant were funny you have to admit, especially if you had played some of the earlier games (n brio cutscenes ect)

Rubbish? I'm sorry. But I think the Titan series is a good change for crash. The Titans series is more modern. The older style games are absolutlely the best (and always will be =D) But they have been the same too long. I know none of you know me, but I couldn't love Crash anymore-and no one can replace him. It's just Crash had to make a bit of a change sooner or later. If you hold a grudge against the Titans, then you are not a true Crash Fan.
This game is what Crash could still be. Amazing. The new games arent necissarily bad, but they aren't really Crash. The jokes in Titans are pretty lame, (except the part where Crash see's N.Gin's statue and imitates Planet of the Apes, and the name of that same level, Life's a Beach)
and the platforming is entirely different from the originals. Also, Cortex is extremely gay. I mean, EXTREMELY HOMOSEXUAL. It started in Tag-Team Racing and just got worse.
I'm a true Crash fan, i like playing all their games, and I can safely say MOM was nothing comapred with others. Titans was great, WOC lame, and this RULES!
twinsanity started like old games then slowly worked it's way to the future, crash of the titans wasn't too good, you had to unlock the spin attack! WTF??? The spin attack make Crash Crash tbh
Ok, so the spin having to be unlocked was weird and a small hinderance in the beginning of the game, but Titans was awesome. Crash could finally fight (although, he still needs more moves) and he has the awesome gimmick of using his enemies which is very unique. I think Crash is better now, but he still needs to be more advanced to get better ratings (Which, in my opinion, were horrendously off. A 6.9, IGN? MOM deserved an 8 at least).
it depends how far into the game you had to unlock it (iv never played it) if it was neer the beginning then no harm done really if its midway i see your point

I see Cortex in Twinsanity, and whilst enjoying the game on its own merits, I have fond memories of 1, 2 and 3. Not so with Mutants, he looks really stupid
@MrGrinningManiac agreed. there's a big difference in changing something that needs to be updated, and changing something for the sake of change. There was NO reason to change the character designs or core gameplay, AT ALL. If you take a look at mario galaxy, for instance, it's very different from mario 64 or the original super mario bros, but the core gamplay mechanics are the same - platforming and jumping on enemies.
when this game was released I was so excited that when my freind bought it first I went to his house and I was so I amazed, and when I got mine I kept playing for a long time, it's the last good CB game :(
