  • this is retarded...as kane said the whole point of the kipping pull up is the momentum....which takes away from actually using your muscles to complete a pull up.....

  • for mear mortals i was told that kipping is only good for weight loss and not for building muscle but that was so intense how can it not. lol.. can't wait to find my personal trainer next.......

  • He's doing a kipping pull up which is used as a parkour workout to help train the body to go over an obstacle with as little time as possible. It's a full body workout that really strengthens your core. The whole point of a kipping pull up is the momentum
