One question, do you complement these exercices with a run on the treadmill, or you just have a good diet and workout? Because I stoped running, because with my diet I was loosing too much weight. So I stoped i increased my calories and only work out, and run like 2 times a week.. 6km each time..

@Xongu93 I am an ectomorph as well, but it isn't overtraining. After a few weeks your body will adapt and be better for it assuming you are eating and resting properly for recovery.

@milou80 After my holiday i started with an old trick which i never used for my tri (don't know why). The underdevelopped part is growing at the 90dgr. angle. The bigger part at the stretch. I only feel pumped when I do the heavy stretch. So now I first do the 90 (say 4 times a little movement) immediately followed by the xcersize i normally did. Its to soon to shout victory but I feel I'm on the right track (the forced holidayrest may help to?) Maybe you can try this to, greats Rob
i do pretty much the same workout as him and it works great for size i started out benching 25's on each side now i have 65 and this is in 5 months and i can curl 50's and skull crush 120 :) this video helps lots thanks for it !
you have the same sort of body i have.. How come our triceps are so high on the arm? I don't like the look of my arms when I've done a lot of Tri because of that.. The upperpart looks like a fat blur and around the elbows its a rattlesnake. Are we born this way or do we rush our exercise?
