  • @mymisterworkout Totally agree. Guys like Rob Riches and Greg Plitt train hard and eat well. They only weigh about 200lbs unlike most pro bodybuilders who are on the 'juice'.

  • @mymisterworkout Agreed. His body is very achievable without roids. Good nutrition and determination in the gym leads to a slim, well defined body. Takes several years and good genetics though.

  • @intternet Yeah, don't do them!! Stick to flat and incline bench (Dumbbell) press 8-12 reps till failure for 3 sets on incline and flat.

  • @intternet don't let this dumbass tell you flys aren't great...they are...they isolate the chest like no other exercise can...you just have to hit the muscle from as many angles as you can...on flys, try going for a 10 - 12 rep range. then incorporate some presses, then do incline, if you want.

  • So obviously on steroids... that's why he's doing dumbell flys and calling them dumbell presses. This has got to be one of the worst exercises (flys) in the book. Lame.

  • @ramsay193 i'd recommend that you stop being a rob riches fanboy and go and do some research. I'm guessing that you also believe that this exercise "expands" your rib cage just like rob says. Even though that is physically impossible. It's easy to see that rob is very knowledgable in his field but that doen't mean that everything he says is correct.

  • @tahesh don't try reasoning with people that think you can expand your ribcage man...it's a lost cause, clearly they don't have much experience in this sport if they think that....the only way you could expand your ribcage is by living at ultra high altitudes, like in mountain ranges, for years...your lungs expand, and so does your ribcage.

  • @tahesh Dumbell pullover works a lot of things dude. Tertiary muscles like triceps shoulders and back are used, yes, but if he's squeeezing his chest, its going to hit there.

  • @The13Kearnsy there's really contradicting evidence for where more muscle fibres are activated during this exercise because for one to really squeeze their chest one must squeeze their back. From the research that i've conducted it seems that more emphasis are placed on the lats. Albeit you are correct in that it incorporates the chest fibres to some degree.

  • The problem with this workout is that he's over working out his chest and his triceps. Max you should do is 4 exercises for ches and 3 or even 2 for triceps since you already worked out your triceps by doing chest. Just a fact

  • One question, do you complement these exercices with a run on the treadmill, or you just have a good diet and workout? Because I stoped running, because with my diet I was loosing too much weight. So I stoped i increased my calories and only work out, and run like 2 times a week.. 6km each time..

  • @31jbet Anybody who stops at 90 degrees is a faggot. (Squat/Bench/Cock Push ups) from what I understand going past 90 degrees takes the presure off your elbows and on to your shoulders/chest. You'll feel a better stretch and get dem jack3d fibraz. Also, I'm pretty sure any legit BB will go below parallel.

  • @Xongu93 I am an ectomorph as well, but it isn't overtraining. After a few weeks your body will adapt and be better for it assuming you are eating and resting properly for recovery.

  • @milou80 After my holiday i started with an old trick which i never used for my tri (don't know why). The underdevelopped part is growing at the 90dgr. angle. The bigger part at the stretch. I only feel pumped when I do the heavy stretch. So now I first do the 90 (say 4 times a little movement) immediately followed by the xcersize i normally did. Its to soon to shout victory but I feel I'm on the right track (the forced holidayrest may help to?) Maybe you can try this to, greats Rob

  • i do pretty much the same workout as him and it works great for size i started out benching 25's on each side now i have 65 and this is in 5 months and i can curl 50's and skull crush 120 :) this video helps lots thanks for it !
