Bush destroyed the economy 2 years after he hit the oval office, it took almost until Obama took over for the effects to fully manifest. Instead of them maintaining the house, they spend the money on taking someone else's house and you foot the bill. Meanwhile your house is falling down. So you bring in someone else and he has to overspend to get your house back in order. It takes twices as much money to fix a problem than to maintain it in the first place.

Instead of them maintaining the house, they spend the money on taking someone else's house and you foot the bill. Meanwhile your house is falling down. So you bring in someone else and he has to overspend to get your house back in order. It takes twices as much money to fix a problem than to maintain it in the first place.
