  • Good review

  • Thanks for the review, came in handy

  • This was a great review, I am getting into hiking and I also live in Southern Cali. Where are some really good spots to go?

  • @Mrcortz There are 2 areas that I have been really explorying, and I know you can get weeks worth of exploration. Try the Low San Gabriel Mountains, specially the Santa Anita Canyon are, where there are some very nice, shaded trails.

And, the Higher San Gabriel Mountains. There are some epic peaks and mountains for you to climb there. Like Mount Baldy, Cucamonga Peak, Ontario Peak and TheThree T's. Just make sure to get your information well before you head out, some of those areas can a danger

  • @Ramiel77

Thanks for the quick response! I will defiantly check those places out, and btw this video is the reason I am buying the mule.

  • @Mrcortz You should also check out Modern Hiker's blog (just google "Modern Hiker"

it should give you his blog). He has tons of information on hikes in the SoCal area. I get a lot of my info from his page, and a lot of news about the local wilderness here.

  • @Ramiel77

Sweet!, Will do. Thanks for the info.

  • Hey I just got the new 2011 mule, the deciding point was the new antidote resevoir for me, but this was my second choice. nice job!

  • @SourNaik What waaaa? The new MULE's come with the Antidote reservoir? Or are you talking about the regular outdoors line of Camelbak?
