Its obvious that they need a chance to be guided in developing a solid base of general skill, as a foundation on which their talent can grow. Not a crash course after which one of them is dumped into the position of head chef of a million dollar business.

If I was Jen I wouldn't have tried to stop anything because I would've trusted those boys to do the right thing. Jen is obviously better than Elise and just had one bad night. Not only that but Elise is simply annoying and a bad leader. but I guess Will and Paul were being "smart" and decided to stick with Elise instead. I liked Will until this episode. He resorts to lying to win.
