the acr is a good gun but lacks at close range and u shouldnt need a perk to make a gun a good gun. I think the m4a1 is better, its has no recoil even wthout kick and the rpm is higher. It may kil wth less bullets at lng range but 9/10 times ppl will be close/mid range distance so it over all is a better gun.

@littleoreo121 purely about personal preference. I like both, but I know that I over-all do better with RDS. However, a beast set up if you like the iron sights would be: ACR w/Kick + Silencer, Sleight of Hand+Hardline+Dead Silence, and specialist streaks; Assasin, Quickdraw and finally Scavenger. They fill eachother out perfectly in my opinion!

ooookaaaaayyy, firstoff if it has a verry fast RoF for its calss, but has a verry fast reload, why wuld u go with SoH? Go with scavenger...unless u want sleight of hand for the faster secondary switching like with a launcher....and imo the best loadout with this gun is...either 2 attatchments with silencer optic or impact with silencer with scavenger assassain and steady aim...with semtex concussion or flashbang and a stinger missle....optimal strike package is assault with this loadout

i recommend the perk marksman for the arc, because it makes it easier to see people a long range, also because of the name tage above players heads you will shoot more towards the head so more headshots and less ammo used per kill since at least i always run out of ammo while using it
