  • Cool gaming concept vehicles etc., but my engineer says its not going to fly in our universe/dimension. Sorry not trolling, cool designs!!

  • ur a fuckin loser cant u do something better with your time like masturbate???

  • You just designed a mirolight helicoptor that looks like a flying saucer.

The variable stators might not have the control authority to counter act the torque of the fan or maintain a course.

You should switch the main propulsion to a 60 hertz sound resonance dish. It won't have any torque.

  • There is a reason helicopters have a tail. If this thing were to even lift up, you would be spinning around the entire time.

  • what program did you use?

  • @Klause5425 That is Blender.

  • I do not beleive this would be able to lift its own weight... especially with a electric motor..

  • Have you tried this design at real construction?

  • wow great idea you need to get this made

  • Free Energi Exists... Please Look at My Channal and you can find many Free Energi Devices...Search the Water Powered Car, Search the Italien / French Air Powered car ..Why do you think that the NWO wanted a Revolution in Turkey and Italy!!? Please Research...If all the Hidden tecknologies comes out, so The Shiplles can see that there is no need for Wars, or Goverment Protecting you...!!!

Please Research, and never stop talking about it until we Win war against EVIL..

  • @Ebdan88 Free energy is everywhere. It comes from the sun, from underground, rain, wind, plants, animals, people... Trouble is setting up something to gather it without a 20 year payback. When they get that together, home experimenters everywhere will be duplicating it.

  • did you know that the moller skycar was originally a saucer also. he must have had the same idea, but it was scrapped because it was nearly impossible to stabilize and control.

You should think it through more.

  • @Ronnie51026 Actually the Muller multi engine saucer was stable and the FFA refused to allow a license and they gave NO reason as to why. The FFA has said they don't HAVE to give a reason , license are given at their discretion. If you don't believe then build a 1/4 scale model.

  • Comment removed

  • @astrialkil Moller himself said that the design was flawed and it wasn't really stable enough to be in production, (documentary). Also, the FAA probably didn't give it a license because of the lack of classification for it as there aren't any other machines licensed like it.

  • @Ronnie51026 I read a magazine article about it in the 1980's , I hadn't heard of his comment on the interview. Is this interview on you tube? I would like to see it. Thank you.

  • @astrialkil I looked, but couldn't find it. It was on an episode of Beyond Tomorrow. I would love to see a group of people build as many variations as they could to try and brute force the FAA into approving one even for personal use and not anything large. Also, if it flies under 10 feet in the air it doesn't need a pilot's license :)

  • im gonna subscribe i really like this design, hopefully you come out with some new improved ones ill check em out

  • hello there i would just like to say i realy like this design

i was just wondering have you tried to build it?

  • @FROSTYDEAN15 No. Now I'm working on something even cheaper. After researching it, the saucer shape has the highest lift coefficient and the wing loading is so low that it practically doesn't need an engine.

  • @themanyone i look forward to seeing your new concept soon

  • @themanyone i look forward to seeing your new concept soon

  • Try UnrealEd v3.0 for your next design , you may end up preferring it

  • Not to burst your UFO bubble, but I don't think the sheer physics of this would work. The spinning fan would push air out via centrifugal force, but it would suck it in from the bottom causing it to pull downward. Or is there something I'm missing about the design?

  • Drawing air into the bottom of the craft would create negative lift, sucking it down.

To exploit the coanda effect you need air travelling across the top surface of the saucer. Drawn in from the center and pushed out to the edges.

  • can it......do a barrel roll?

  • this is brilliant work, and i'm sorry for being off topic, but I was curious to know how you were able to make the machine fly according to your keyboard controls. (I'm a blender beginner, and i've made a model that I'd like to fly.)

  • It's drag and drop to connect the sensors, controllers and actuators in the logic panel (F4). There are instructionals on the blender noob to pro tutorials on the blender dotcom site. I should make a tutorial on that but it's kind of involved, which means lots of mistakes to edit out...

  • thank you, I appreciate the advice :]

  • Well, whether or not it'll fly, I love your Blender work!! Anyone who can do that, can probably make that damned thing fly! Good luck!!!

  • Thanks. Blender can be a pain to use. The downloadable flight simulator (in the description) suffers from gimbal lock, a common problem with the controls on these types of games and simulations which I haven't bothered to research much, but I appreciate the vote of confidence!

  • Please put your trays in an upright position, and whatever you do, DONT FART!!!

  • Actually with the fan down there keeping it continually inflated there should be plenty of ventilation. (I was concerned it might be too windy, so I'm thinking of making a double-layer skin, the remainder filled with helium for extra lift, and all the visibility problems that causes) but anyway, flatulence shouldn't be an overriding factor.

  • i fink it will get the UFOS thinking lol !

  • you shounld see Obama's ship....LOL....cool vidio...thx for your post...

  • thats pretty INSANE DUDE... seriously thats a great design you should make it and fly over new york...

"UFO" everyone will say but thats awesome and it could work

  • I agree totally with anyone thinkig about a saucer shape aircraft.. it is the ultimate shape BUT! you design is so bad when it comes to power needed, I experimentet alot with coanda sucktion prototpes and I got400g of thrust from almost200w electric brushless motor, I tried countless shapes and motors, vacuum cleaners, hulls.. there is only one word: Inefficient like hell.. and for a vtol crazy like me it must be very efficient.. even small propellers like 2-4 meters arent enough.Rotors ismust

  • Appreciate the input. I recall the coanda patents saying something about the size and shape of the nozzles being very important.

  • I want to learn more about Coanda effect. Would higher power motor (maybe running a Tesla turbine) produce enough air volume and pressure(=air speed over saucer shape for lift?)

    Designer :D

  • I know tesla was a genius but I have researched the tesla turbine... no one has made a working one as claimed. lots has been taken by the goverment so lets go on normal motors, eventhough that coanda effect alone is way out of the question, I have tested many prototypes,, they are very inefficient.. propelelrs and helicopter rotors are the soultion to any vtol right now

  • where do you see an analogy of this and a Tesla turbine?

  • he was talking about tesla turbine

  • Here is one powered by electric motors and batteries watch?v=sdGVI7kJld0 the only change I'm making is replacing the rotor with a centrifugal fan. Principle should be the same but the correct downward angle of the nozzles probably needs experimentation to achieve. I'll probably have to build one but money is tight this month.

  • I want one! lol :)

  • Yeah me too. Some people would rather have the electric levitation, but you have to crawl before you can walk. I want to make sure it is airworthy before I go ahead and attach the antigravity units...

  • i don't know, i'm a bit worried about what 'liviterande' above says. The design would mean having no .. can't think of the word, properties like you get on wings or rotors, so the motors would need to be gigantically powerful to lift the craft. That's my concern.

  • I think the word your looking for is LIFT?

  • Yes, you are right. That is the word I'm looking for. Thanks buddy.
