the TOP Speed is probably arround 330-340 km/h becouse one 6th he can reach it the RPMs are going on,just the digital meter for the speed stops at 299 that's all :)

When you see 299, its actually around 285

@macanovich88 it very close, my ex bike k6 gsxr 1000 did faster in 2 gear than 2004 zx10r, 2004 zx hit 126 in 2 gear with stock gearing, my k6 132 in 2 gear with stock gearing but both speedo is error but gsxr will still wins in gears but in 5th and 6th gsxr will run away.

I'm GSX-R lover, but when i drowe ZX-10R from my friend I was suprised how much power bike have. About 3 years ago the owner of Kawasaki dealer in Croatia told us that the ZX-10R 2004 is the most brutal bike ever made. I really believe him! I will always love GSX-R, and if I have to chose I will choose GSX-R.

Except ZX-10R 2011 ;)

@EvilBeasts Remember the digital clocks are limited of showing 299kmh... Speed is much higher 299kmh.. As you can see he only pops it to 6th gear when he reaches 299 and then he is still accelerating but the speedo is not showing that because its limited. My good guess would be that he did around 330 or 340.. :)

They actually race bike (k3/k4 GSXR1000) against Mitsubishi EVO 8, both vehicles indicated of going more than 180 mph, and thjats in 2005 remeber. Technologies are improving more and more power is being produced out of engines. But I am not sure about the speed limit.

You can also change your speedo over this 299limit. But everyone normaly knows that 299 on your speedo if you didnt fix it are no real 299. 330 or 340 with your normal bike with well maybe 164 ps on backwheel will never ever drive so fast. it got something to do with friction and so on.

I have seen an older gixxer 1k with a speedo healer indicator 321km/h, that's not bad from a 1k, but i dont know how accurate that is, must not be too inaccurate as speedo healer are designed to be as accurate as possible, even taking into account such as chain wear and tyre wear which affects speed reading!
