I'm 18 now and I've been listening to Hanson since I was four (1997). I don't think I can really say that about any other band or musician. Love these boys!
i still cannot believe how that jeff guy did not like Dancin' in the Wind. It's a beautiful song........Absolutely. It baffles the mind...And also Lost Without Each Other! He didn't even consider it. That's such a catchy tune...
I came to the realization this summer that I've been a Hanson fan literally for half my life. I was 14, 14 years ago when MMMBop came out, and my affection hasn't wavered since.
Stephan Jenkins: "The world's not gonna forget..." Come on. Does he know anything about the history of pop music? Of _course_ he was wrong. I love Hanson, but there was massive backlash against Mmmbop. People didn't want to give them a chance.
hanson self-released their own record, who ever thought they'd become the type of band to say 'fuck you' to a major label, hanson are more punk than people think and i really admire the fact they make music the way THEY want to make
I am a really really big fan of Siobhan Magnus, whose a huge fanson! Thanks to her i rediscovered Hanson and I am so glad of it. This documentary is a gem for everyone to understand the process of making an album and the way you have to deal with labels. Thanks so much for posting it. The Hanson are amazing people, I really admire them, hands down!!!!
i have been a fan since i was 2 years old and still am at 15 <3 their music is the first i ever remember listening to and nothing else has ever compared :)
I love you guys and really admire the fact you're the real deal. I'm also really glad you've kept your heads on straight throughout the years. It's heartbreaking to see a depressing E! True Hollywood Story on others who have not been able to keep themselves together as well as you. Much love!
The beginning of this reminds me of the movie To Kill A Mockingbird. Beautiful.
Xan somebdy asnwer me what he says, something diferent from the original at 4:19, he was supposed to say..'I look in the stars and I remember', the way as it is in the clip sounds so much btter..
I'm from South Africa, you came here for your last album, but no-one knew. We mostly remember you from Mmm-bop. I only rediscovered you myself a year ago. I love rock with a firm musical foundation (rhythm, melody, harmony, orchestration, etc.) These videos have touched my heart, and I think you guys ROCK(pardon the pun). Wish we could promote you here. Your music isn't available to us. Love you guys, you have guts. Keep doing and being what you are.
everytime i listen to this song i just imagine isaac doing his little dance movements while singing in the studio. it makes the song 37423980472042 times better..haha
Love the messages this documentary shows, and just how real it is. It shows the seedy underbelly of the record companies today. And just how convoluted the music industry can really get.
Does anyone knows the title of the introduction theme?
I'll love this documentary everyone (fans and not fans) should see it, it would definitely change some peoples minds about the oh-so talented Hanson guys!
no matter what, ill never stop loving you guys.. i spent 4 years being in love with zac back in the day haha.. i look on him now and im still like yummm... im rooting for you!
Wow, you guys it's great that you are putting this documentary on youtube as not everyone has ITunes. I hope it means that you will reach a wider audience. I joined ITunes just so I could download the Great Divide and so I could see this documentary and it was definately worth it.
