Your video is great. Adam Monroe was my favourite character too, and i very dislike Hiro. Adam was heart broken because of that stupid selfish. Anyway, thanks for the vid.
If you'd take the time to watch the whole vid, you would know it was. The first 36 seconds are an intro because otherwise YouTube would block the vid.
Great video, I really enjoyed it. Adam Monroe was my favourite character as well. I have the same opinion about Hiro, no matter how much he thought he was doing good and was justified by his hero quest he always manages to be selfish and hypocritical. After watching the most recent chapter and the conclusion between Hiro and Charlie I think he finally understands how wrong he was. Again, awesome video.
Thank you so much!! I'm glad someone else feels the same way about Hiro as I do. Lots of people praise him and love him and thinks he's adorable. He can drop dead for all I care.
the only reason adam died is because no one can survive 400 years so when his powers left him he became the age he should really be causing him to die
@MADMAXKILLER1 Which really made no sense at all, because his body and cells were kept in perfect youth/shape from his abilties, not magcally maintained. But...Heroes. Shock factor trumps reason always.
ok its like this he was alive for 400 years because of his ability he reamained in i dont know his 30s when arthur took his ability he aged to the age he should really be wich is 400 years old thus causing him to become dust
@MADMAXKILLER1 He was alive for 400 years because his ability prevented him from aging by perfectly replicating his cells every time they died. Not because he had a magic stasis spell on himself. When his ability was remove, they would age normally and die. If they wanted to catch him with telomere lengths (which regeneration might prevent from shortening) then he would simply die from his body shutting down due to age, not dissolve. Dissolving = Nonsense or magic.
when arthur drains his powers he seems to rapidly age and crumble to dust so therefore his powers stoped him from aging when it left him he aged to 400 years
I have to agree with thedarkbunnyrabbit; shocks always trumps reason in Heroes. We all saw in season 3 how they lost powers temporarily due to another sun eclipse. This must've happened several times during those 400 years Adam was alive, yet he never crumbled to a pile of dust before, he just stayed alive, possibly started aging again like a normal person, til the eclipse was over. And then when Arthur takes his power, the life is suddenly sucked out of Adam? Really big mistake of the writers.
yeah well i guess so however that was not part of the show and maybe when he got his powers back he got back young again however this time it was gone for good so he died
@MADMAXKILLER1 That makes no sense. The eclipse removed the powers indefinitely, for a much longer period of time than it took for Adam to die by Arthur.
And, in fact, I've seen every single episod, and much of the ARG info
Adam would have died anyway on the day of the eclipse, because all powers were off, which also means Claire and Sylar will die in a few eclipses to come.
if that were tru adam monroe would have died AGES ago. Remember 2 things,1: Adam Monroe is 400 years old and 2: There arnt full eclipses all over the word only some parts have a full one
he's definitely more sympathetic. all he wanted was someone to call "carp". oh yeah, and the whole destroying the world thing or whatever. but seriously, he had more depth and personality
IKR! Adam was someone who was betrayed and went nuts over it. Then he wants to give everything anther chance, and he gets betrayed again. Plus, he didn't actually have the intention to kill people, he just had his version of the "40 days, 40 nights flood". Arthur as just plain evil and didn't care about anyone.
plus he's just better to look at. i like the adam and sylar pairing. remember how sylar cries out "is there any good in this world!?".. i think they could get along..
I d wish they would meet during season 3...but now in season 4 while sylar is looking for hisself...meeting adam (somehow) would be ferrking awesome ^^
Hmm yeah he was definately one of the best if not THE best. I can kind of understand though why they did it, from a writer's point of view they needed a way to bring Arthur Petrelli back didn't they as he was the baddie of the season lol.
But I think they should've found another way to do it, Adam was a really good character to work with =(
Thank you! I know, Adam was th best character of Heroes, killing off was a big mistake, especially seeing how fast Arthur was killed again. I'd rather not have Adam interact with Claire (can't stand the brat, lol), but Adam/Sylar scenes would be AWESOME!
AS disappointing as it was, I'd have to say it wasn't a total mistake to kill off Adam for the reason that they didn't let his charm wear off or his antics grow tired and old. So we can look back and say, "Adam Monroe was awesome, no ifs, ands, or buts."
In 400 years Claire will be the new Adam

Word. Adam was an awesome character and villian, and he had to die for some old bastard who couldn't even last for more than 5 epi's or so.

Love the video! Adam was awesome! They shouldn't have killed him especially seeing how arthur petrelli ended.
I would've loved to see Adam interact with CLaire or even Sylar.

I love Claire. I think with some evil mentoring from Adam, had she met him in season 2, she may have been even more awesome!
But your definitely right about Adam and Sylar. Awesome team. Adam, CLaire and Sylar are my 3 favorite characters from Heroes,
