We can offer so much technology! How do we pay for it? How do we protect the health care dollar so that we can attain a universal health care plan with choice via single payer for all citizens. Health care cost helped, in part, bankrupt GM. We must focus on value: benefit over cost, not simply procedural health care services that may be of no proven benefit but are usually costly.
