Just to clarify what Cafferty was referring to at the end, it was Palin's comments in the video clip that claimed the Vice President presides over the senate and can "get in there" and make some policy changes. That is actually false and not the job of the VP. Any normal human being with common sense would agree that if you're going to run for the highest office in the country, at least be knowledgeable.
