  • i love the random cigarettes stuck into the cheese spread and all the oreos are pulled apart

  • its a complete cotastrophe

  • "Well, no, then it's half the size!"

Nigel, you'll always go to 11 in our hearts.

  • @ 1:20 his cigarette is put out on that cracker. Classic.

  • @jimmylegs06 never noticed that lol

  • Ha!! I never noticed all the oreos are unscrewed

  • I nearly pissed my self laughing at this scene

  • i love his accent its the best thing

  • It's a complete catastrophe

  • can you enable embedding?

  • Embedding disabled!!!! thats poopy!

  • Embedding disabled!!!! thats poopy!

  • 2 people like small pieces of bread

  • spinal tap should tour with tancious d. that would be fuckin' serious.

  • @vandetta13 And Dethklok. That'd be AMAZING

  • 1:14 exibit A

  • BUT THEN IF YOU KEEP FOLDING - WHY WOULD YOU KEEP FOLDING IT?!

  • "who's in here? NO ONE."

  • "i'll rise above it, i'm a professional"

  • Christopher Guest is the 5th Baron Haden-Guest. He's actually a British Peer (though born in the US). He spent time growing up in both the US and the UK...but he's obviously got British citizenship (and probably US as well), since he's a British Lord.

  • "i've been working with this for half an hour"

  • HE IS SUCH AN IDIOT (in a good way)

  • bread - meat - bread or meat - bread - meat ?

  • i have to agree - it's a complete catastrophy :]

  • Hahaha, we got problems backstage :) One singer I know said he finds it offensive :]

  • Hahaha, we got problems backstage :) One singer I know said he finds it offensive :]

  • That is a Plate of unscrewed Oreo's to the left of the olives right?! Wow, Could u imagine that job?

  • Words can't describe how much I love this film....Hello Cleveland!!

  • "Iv'e been working with this now for about half an hour" as you do...?

  • Where's a woman when you need one?

  • "arrangements backstage"

  • I want large bread!

  • OMG, Mini sandwich for a Mini brain!!!!

  • You know, until I saw this movie, I really didn't know what the small bread was for. True story. I'm not afraid to admit it.

  • "Well no there's some problems here, I don't even know where to start..."

    LOL

  • Look, look, who's in here? No one, But in here there's a little guy, it's a complete catastrophe..."

  • "But then if you fold it, it keeps breaking..."

"Why would you keep folding it?"

  • best part

  • 0:08- you can see the cameraman.

  • @TheBackOfTheBoat it's shot as a documentary, so that makes sense.

  • @TheBackOfTheBoat It's supposed to be a documentary. No need to hide the fact that, yes, there are indeed cameramen present.

  • my favorite bit from this movie

  • Best. Fucking. Movie. Ever.

  • hahhahahaha, love it ! couldnt stop laughing when i saw the movie for the first time, ive seen it like 10 times now and nothing has changed :D love Spinal Tap :D

  • funniest scene in the funniest film i have ever seen.

  • Their manager must be going through a living hell with them messing with him all the time! Awesome guys!

  • Funniest scene in the film. I cried laughing the first time I saw this

  • HAHAHAHAHA!!

  • "EXHIBIT A"

  • In the editor's cut he goes off on the oreos too. He's mad because they only pre-split a few and laid them on top of the rest that aren't split. "look...half biscuit, half biscuit....whole biscuit!!!". Hilarious.

  • cigg butts in his food and he complains about the size of it:)

  • "But then if you keep folding it..." LMAO

  • so this is why my freinds call me nigel

  • It was in the band's rider that the oreos needed to be dismantled

  • "It's a complete catastrophe" Every line of this scene cracks me up. I could watch Spinal Tap over and over.

  • this is my second favorite scene in the movie

  • @JuGGernaut81295 Which one's your first?

  • "But if I keep folding it..."

  • this is one of my favourite clips from the movie, fucking love it!

  • Everything has to be folded damnit

  • xDD He took apart all his oreos

  • @CyanideSun1294 I think the joke with that is they demand that from the promoter for their dressing room.

  • @ilovejourney1 I'd have never guessed

  • @CyanideSun1294 sort of like Van Halen's no brown M&M thing

  • @ilovejourney1 To be fair to Van Halen the M&M thing was a test to see if the venue had read the contract properly, the one time Dave Lee Travis found a brown M&M and went ballistic the venue had also neglected to read the weight stipulation for the stage set which went crashing through the stage. Had the band not refused to perform because on finding brown M&M's they demanded everything was double checked they would have been seriously hurt when the stage collapsed.

  • @Djarra Alright but that's in hind-sight isn't it. I mean the fact that they didn't want to play because of poor m&m sorting is beyond absurd. In that perspective Spinal Tap quite simply hit the nail on the head..

  • I have a better version

  • @ILovetopranku so wha

  • "Look- who's in here? No one. And then in here- there's a little guy, look."

  • yer video is screwed mate

  • @SuperColin74 have to play it at 240p. Don't know why but it fixes the problem.

  • why has it been speeded up?

  • Has anyone else ever come across "the arrangments" ie finger food and done the "everything has to be folded bit"? A complete catastrophy, its ok its all a joke.

  • Nigel: *mumbles on incomprehensibly for 5 minutes*

    Manager: You'd like bigger bread?

    Nigel: Exactly.

  • Their manager deserves a medal!

  • Nigel's Character is Based on Jeff Beck. Jeff Beck apparently a "high maintenance" person to work with or for.

  • I think of this scene with pretty much every middle management support call I take

  • one of the best scenes i laugh everytime i see this. Poor Ian has to put up with their crap all the time i guess it's pretty hard to be a manager of a rock band

  • "it's just some crappy university, you know"

  • definitely, also vince noir looks a lot like nigel

  • "I've been working on this for about half an hour" --- lol... best scene of the movie

  • Who's in here? No-one. Then in here.... there's a little guy!

  • Is that a tray of half-eaten Oreos?

  • @FatalError2319 Ha, I just noticed the dismantled oreos for the first time. I have seen this movie over 50 times and there are still new things I'm picking up on.

  • Sanvich is credit to team!

  • the Mighty boosh definetly takes a few hints from spinal tap, its just the way people can make something so hillarious out of nothing

  • definitely, also vince noir looks a lot like nigel

  • lol " Why would you keep folding it??" xD

  • HAHAHAHAHHA

    BEST SCENE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    \m/ :P

  • best fake british accent ever

  • @KidBk313

    Better than Kevin Costner?

  • who's in here? No one!

  • One of my favorite scenes along with the famous "......But, These Go To Eleven....."

  • I've seen this movie a million times, but I just realized that at about 1:20 you can hear Chistopher Guest almost start laughing. And rightfully so!

  • I just saw this movie for the first time today and could not stop laughing. This has to be one of my favorite parts!

  • You know, the way food companies are shrinking their products while keeping the costs the same soon all our sandwiches will be that size!

  • it;s a complete catastrophy. this is so funny. i am so funny. i love you guys.

  • "it does disturb me, but ill rise above it, im a professional."

    BEST LINE EVER.

  • -If you fold the meat...

-But then it breaks apart like this!

-But if you keep folding it...

-Why would you keep folding it?

Hahahaha! Favorite Spinal Tap scene definetly.

  • truly a classic! one of my favorite parts of the movie! LOVE IT!

  • Possibly the best and most convincing fake british accent I have heard from an American actor, and to this day one of the funniest films in existance!

  • His father is British.

  • lol so? my moms english and my fake accent is terrible

  • nigel's american!!!???

damn i wouldnt of imagined. He sounds 100% british.

  • @monkeypoo1 Well Chritopher Guests father is a brit so he heard that accent in his youth. He also spent time in the uk when he was a child so he knows the accent well. I believe he is a dual citizen if I remember correctly.

  • @IronManOfficialguy Isn't he "Sir" Christopher Guest.

  • @browcr Probably, he belongs to some crazy british club also. Called the House of something. I forgot what it was called.

  • @monkeypoo1 Christopher Guest is American born, but his father is of British nobility, so I think it wasn't too difficult for him to don the accent.

  • @monkeypoo1 It's not really a fake accent. While he was born in the US, he was the son of a British diplomat, spent a lot of time in the UK and even holds a royal title.

  • lol i love how he just keeps folding it

  • lol i love wen he starts freaking out, lol

  • it does bug me, but i will rise abve it, im a professional XD

  • Hehe, love how he stamps out his cig on the garnish.

  • Fucking twats can't even make a propper sandwich!

  • It's a complete catastrophe!

  • I don't get the part after the bread. What is he supposed to be eating and wuts wrong with it?

  • Comment removed

  • my favorite part!

  • So there I am, in Sri Lanka, formerly Ceylon, at about 3 o'clock in the morning, looking for one thousand brown M&Ms to fill a brandy glass, or Ozzy wouldn't go on stage that night.

  • Hahaha. Del Preston. Well done my good man.

  • Thanks! I'm so glad someone got that.

  • I love the Oreos missing the top halves

  • I'll rise above it! I'm a professional.

  • haha "if you just fold it it fits in just nicely,

yea but if you keep folding it.

well why would you keep folding it?"

    BRILLIANT

  • Who's in here? No one.

  • "It does disturb me.. but I'll rise above it. I'm a professional."

I use this line in my every day life.

  • My favorite moment of the movie !! I love his accent when he says I want "large bread" !

  • No I wouldn't eat that!

  • I love how nigel is so stupid. It's so hilarious

  • Thats so great....hahah

"Iv been working at this for about a half hour."

  • and look whos in here? no one , how about in here see thers a lil guy XD

  • everything has to be folded....

  • lol

    it does disturb me

    XD

  • That small bread really is a problem!

  • would you hold this

  • Ahhh... absolutely sublime. And with a British accent too. I still can't stop laughing. :)

  • i don't even know how to start

  • It is a problem, but ill rise above it. Im a professional.

  • prolly one of the best seens in the whole movie hahaha "its a compleat catastrophy!"

  • GOD! I love this scene!

  • i've been working with this for about half an hour!

  • "but i rise above it, i'm a professional"

  • haha my favorite part of the movie

  • Nigel shouldn't let this affect his performance. Hopefully he can rise above it.

  • HAHAHA!!! Awesome!

  • "well, why would you keep folding it?"

    "Everything has to be folded."

    Nigel- the best!

  • there are so many classic lines in this lol.
