This is a fantastic warm up because I know my class will be able to follow it. The other one that is going around on youtube is more complex and it would take my class awhile to get it down. I like this one. It's simple, fun and serves the purpose of the warm up. Perfect. I hope you will continue to post more!

Awesome warmup routine. All movements go with the music and just like Zumba the music cues you for each step. I'm newly certified, hoping to start teaching in Jan.& will totally use this in my classes. This song is great too. Thanks for sharing.

@av3553 Ok...Guess you didn't read the heading where it says "warm-up". It's a good thing my students absolutely love this routine, isn't it? I don' t know where you were trained, but there aren't any "cumbia" or "calypso" steps in this routine. Again...it's a warm-up routine, filled with moves to "warm-up" the muscle groups. Guess you have a lot to learn...good luck, fellow instructor! btw... this is how you spell RHYTHM. Let's hope you have some.
