If a moral value that happens to agree with the Bible some cry: "You're mixing Church and State". Yet EVERY Lawmaker's thought process is developed by a variety of resouces: Science, Aristotle, Confucius, the Bible etc. But only what is reasonable is relevant in the State no matter what the source. Honest, good faith, reason is king in the State. A Christian may believe in a moral because it is Biblical but when he makes the argument in the State it must be based on reason not the Bible.
