norton is a joke... how dare you put that shit next to kaspersky... norton is too desperate to get you as a customer... i've had norton crash my computer before when i was trying to uninstall it. Norton has too many issues, don't buy it. I would consider it a virus.... nowhere near an anti-virus.

Hey thanks for the tips. Ever since my laptop's memory died the secruity has been down and I get attacked looking and downloading free supposed to be safe downloads. Witch free online secruity do you think is the best? I'll have to wait to put it on because java-script screwed me over and completly destroyed my laptop. Norton is not that good in detecting virus and uses more memory than kaspersky.

For the site check thing in Norton you can use wot (google it) its faster and better =P

I had NOD32 (version 3, before version 4 have been released) and I had to format my computer. I gave it a chance in version 4, but then I've uninstalled it and installed Kaspersky and it found 15 threats.

eh, ya, all a matter of opinion. I no longer use Mcafee because several viruses slipped through it.

u have got it wrong. noscript is not for advertisement blocking as u use it(at least it seemed so in the video). adblock plus is for that(firefox only). if u read the description about noscript you will understand that you have to know which address is safe and which is not. so where is the point of using the program if u already know whether the site is safe or not. anyway if u want to see the page loaded correctly you will have to add the address to trusted.

Well There's different Norton's though. There is Norton Anti-Virus, Norton 360, & Norton Internet Security. I was saying choosing Norton 360, & I've never experienced problems with it.
