I agree with the European Union Bill hates and Microsoft is making money of people and is not doing fair business with other companies and the government is trying to bring justice to Microsoft and Mr.Bill simple and common sense Bill Gates you not in America where laws does not mater,you are in Europe where the law is made and will be followed period.

This is not right, on either side. Though I am a big fan of Microsoft, and I despise the EU. Microsoft has been getting out of control, but the EU will not crush them. Microsoft has more money than most countries.

However, Microsoft did earn that money fair and square, be it blackmailing, or whatever you may accuse them of. However, I feel that if you earn money it is your to spend how you will, not to have it be taken by some random government. But that is my opinion.

haa haaa and Microsoft is screwed! Thanks to God, thanks to Jesus. The company has been a black mailer. For the next time, therre should be universal laws that if a certain company crosses a specific financial boundary, it is forced to open new companies with different trade marks. That would mean if your business crosses 10 Billion Dollars, you ,ust open another new company with another trade mark/business name.

Microsoft clearly abuses its market position. The American government and courts refuse to do anything about it, there for it is up to the European Union to fight back for the consumer.

Cashing in on a billion dollars of Bill Gates money cant be a bad thing :) Go the EU!!!
