I don't even squeeze my nose to get the blackheads out anymore, there's no point they always come back. If you rub your nose hard enough in the shower with your fingertips it takes the top layer of skin off and you can't see them as much.

I used to get this type of blackheads on my nose. It has nothing to do with being dirty or have poor personal hygiene habits. I would wash, scrub, squeeze everyday, if I didnt squeeze for a week, all the pores would fill up.

Trust me no amount of washing stops you getting that much grease and black head material around your nose... I use Clearasil wipes a couple times a day and i still squeeze out tons from there....

People, that is simply natural oils in the hair follicles that gets slightly clogged. I'm 49 and even though I use astringent daily and wash with oatmeal soap I have to do this 3-4 times weekly, especially when summer come around.

It isn't good to do that often. And from seeing this guy's videos, he does it too often. It will make the pores become very big, and create big nasty looking holes all over the nose. It will also make the problem worse because the pores can open up more and allow more oil and dirt to enter. Not smart.
