i have a question. ive never made a video with the sims 2, so dont expect me to know this, but how do you film it ? and how do you get it clear?

You need to turn all the settings to high and large in your camera settings. and press "v" to start and stop filming. There are a lot of hacks and tricks that people use too.

Here are some tips:

Use the cheat code plumbbobtoggle on to get rid of those nasty little diamonds.

And also try to avoid showing the sky when you're filming inside of a sim building

I've gotten a lot better since this. I'm now onto season 2 with voice overs and ceiling tiles and showHeadlines off AND plumbbobtoggle. But thanks. At the time I didn't know about that!
