She is absolutely right. For 18000 couples, there is same-sex marriage in California. And for countless others who got married out-of-state during that time when it was legal in California, those count. In 2010, or 2012, new same-sex marriages will be voted legal in California, because the dinosaurs are dying off. It's just a matter of time.
