first off what this kid is trying to get you to download is a radar map showing you WiFi connections close to you & actually its very usless considering windows has it built in, but instead of showing a fancy radar map it will just say weak signal to strong signal, of course the radar has the benefit of allowing you to find a better postion to receive a stronger signal, but thats about it. It wont get you free wifi unless you can crack wep/128.

As for advice to the kid, stop being a wigger.
