Nancy Today: How to make Banana bread 1, recipe kids coming home

Dearest Nancy for the moistest most delicious sweet fruit bread, use half mashed bananas, and half frozen and thawed then mashed strawberries ( freezing and thawing releases the juices and natural sugars in the strawberries, and concentrates flavor) in your recipie. For example if it calls for 4 cups mashed bananas use 2C mashed nanas, and 2C prepared as above strawberries, It is just the best ever. It was a expieriment when I didn't have enough nanas and boy am I glad I didn't.
