@srogiful stretch more :). Lie on your back, lift your hips up of the ground (using your core) and do bycicles. reverse and repeat. keeping you knees pointed outward foot over foot, then go in reverse. should help loosen up you hamstrings!

Use setups from other moves to trick your opponent into defending those, then go for the triangle (or any other move, for that matter). For example, make it look like your going for a kimura so you opponent reaches back to defend his arm, then you can clear your leg over his head as he does to pull off the triangle. He probably would defend against it still, but that's why you constantly need to improve your game.

@sensfan10000 Which is obviously why you're supposed to chain your moves. Use setups from other moves to trick your opponent into defending those, then go for the triangle (or any other move, for that matter). For example, make it look like your going for a kimura so you opponent reaches back to defend his arm, then you can clear your leg over his head as he does to pull off the triangle. He probably would defend against it still, but that's why you constantly need to improve your game.

@robocong7420 it really depends on the person. i was able to essentially dominate people with no knowledge of jiu jitsu even after just watching videos on how to do it, and someone else could train for months and not be successful, you just have to believe you can do it and be confident

It is fairly dangerous to grab the foot the way he does You really should never do that, My instructor say's you NEED to grab the chin and grabbing the foot can possibly brake your ankle in some cases
