I always speedrun it on expert because none of the specials can really catch up. XD

you can go faster than that....at :47 the window to the right you can shoot the cross bar and jump through....so you dont have to go through the basement.

As a fellow speedrunner (I am not sure about ivilkee) But most of us at SDA probably know how to crown the witch you can out run the tank if you smart enough and if your good enough you don't worry about specials =D

You can stop making up things, bring. the AI director makes spawns COMPLETELY RANDOM, and is not meant to change the difficulty. the random factor makes it impossible for your statistics to be correct. maybe you should listen to the creators of the game before posting meaningless comments.

Maybe you should listen as well, completely random is totally the wrong words. The AI director is based off the 'stress' levels of each player, factoring in their health, med packs, ammo, pills, pipes/mollys, shots fired, headshots etc... it is in no way random.

odj is right it factors in health and your items and everything if it was just random they wouldnt even have a director

It's actually just a bug in the AIDirector, as the common limit is 30 and the ones behind you do not despawn quickly enough it cannot populate ahead of you to stop a rusher. The only possible thing he could be cheating is binding kick commands to the special infected.

You can skip the house at the end by going far left and jumping around the train. it's tricky but it works.
