One does not broadcast on unused stations unless they find an abandoned broadcast facility, go inside, power up the equipment, and use it. Stations can be on 98.1, but 98.1 is a frequency. Unless he plans on having a large number of listeners receive his signal, he is not broadcasting. The guy needs to master his terminology before embarrassing himself on YouTube.

The transmission is good but there are toomany buttons and they are far too easily operated by any accidental touch. The screen is impossible to read in strong daylight. Mine also completely stopped working all of a sudden after about a year's use and the screen went blank. Too many basic design faults.

I fucking hate this thing! Mine just stopped working all of a sudden, fuckin expensive POS! I'm listening to my music then all of a sudden there's static. The problem is that somehow, the transmitter part no longer works. Nothing is showing up on the screen, even though the Monster "M" on the jack is lit up. Stupid warranty thing too!
