Its a 5th wheel type of limo. Its hitched to the cab of the car like a trailer is to a semi truck. You can see in the video how it makes the turns. Its an awesome car. Charles (the driver) took us all around Lake Jackson Texas (Ron Paul's hometown) and everyone was amazed by it. Have you seen the 200 ft Ron Paul Blimp? Its amazing!
