  • i realise this video was posted years ago but i found it very imformative.

  • I just realised I have anterior pelvic tilt and it makes my stomach stick out more. It must be from all the years sitting at a desk at work. Jeff explains the issue very well, I'm now going to watch the video with exercises to correct it.

  • wow dude. Where did you get your information?! "your hip flexor extends your hip"? "when you are sitting down your quads are in a shortened position."? And i havent heard of any epidemic of lordosis in America, or anywhere in the world. If you even looked up bad back posture anywhere on the internet, you would see that a kyphotic spinal posture would be by far the most common "back posture destortion"
