I just realised I have anterior pelvic tilt and it makes my stomach stick out more. It must be from all the years sitting at a desk at work. Jeff explains the issue very well, I'm now going to watch the video with exercises to correct it.
wow dude. Where did you get your information?! "your hip flexor extends your hip"? "when you are sitting down your quads are in a shortened position."? And i havent heard of any epidemic of lordosis in America, or anywhere in the world. If you even looked up bad back posture anywhere on the internet, you would see that a kyphotic spinal posture would be by far the most common "back posture destortion"
