I have a few questions, it would be nice if you´d take the time to answere.
I got the impression, that you dont shoot the boars, but kill them with a knife or something. Is there any special reason for that? Do they have to suffer much pain and does it take a long time to kill them? Do you do that for your entertainment, or to earn money with DVD´s or is it just a side effect of "normal" hunting? I never had the opportunity to hunt unfortunately.
I know that boars are a big danger for ecosystems, everywhere they dont belong to, like the US and have to be hunted.
I wouldnt be able to take the time and the cash to make the course for a hunting license here in germany, so i propably never will have the chance of hunting by myself.

@KUCHENGRAB I don't know hogwrangler, but I can answer your questions. Here in the South, hog hunting is common. Most do it with a gun or bow, a few use a knife. After being stabbed in the heart, a hog lives perhaps ten seconds
Hogwrangler is the only one I've heard of hounding wild pigs to grapple with them. I assume he has killed hogs, but I get the impression he grapples them for somewhat the same reason rodeo cowboys wrestle steers: Fun and money
As you can tell from the preview here, I castrate them, and turn most of them loose, except for the real fat ones, they go home into a pen, and are sold for bar-b-q.
That was AWESOME brother !!!! I have been chased a few times where I hunt and was hit once by a pig that wieghed about 200lbs. I dont hunt with dogs just bow hunting on the ground and I love the rush !!! I must say catch and release of those bad boys looks like a lot of fun !!!!! Awesome video. Do the dogs hunt them by command? Or do they only go after full grown hogs and ignore the juveniles? Again, awesome video!
