Thankyou for uploading this clip. This is an amazing story for so many reasons on so many levels, it is my favourite movie. In this scene Robert Downey hits an emotional desperation that gives me that lump in my throat.. The scene has such meaning.

That one line "not a father! You!" that's the one that has me watching this clip on repeat!

That line "Not a father you" I've finally got it, and basically what Ditto's father has been saying the whole film is that a father, according to proper family conventions & what not, ought to love his son. So his father has been telling him that all good father's love their son & Ditto is now saying BS to that convention or whatever, what about you. He's not asking for what the model dad should feel for his son, but what him, his own father should feel for him...

i just saw this. and wow. going thru my own family...complications... pure coincidence i chose this movie. RDJ... especially in this scene. absolutely real and profound. great actor, so much to learn from acting wise. he never ceases to amaze me.

I loved this film, Rob is so amazing and everyword that comes out of his mouth, you just want to hold onto and remember. He is and amazing actor, i mean anyone else see the shaky hand at :57. I just admire the emotion and rawness of his acting. I mean him crying is so hot i don't even know why.lol.
